Yoga and You



Yoga is an upcoming way of exercising that has recently become very popular, however yoga has been around for years prior. Yoga doesn't have to be difficult as there are plenty of beginner classes to be taken. Yoga can help you to increase your strength, stamina, flexability, endurance, posture, and attitude. Many gyms have yoga classes that are included with your gym membership. Check it out!

  2. Town and Country Goodlife Fitness offers a combination class they call "Bodyflow". It's a mixture of yoga, tai chi, and pilates. Classes are Monday 7:30pm, Wednesday 7:30pm, Thursday 9:30am and 5:30pm, and Sunday at 9:30am.
    They also offer a straight yoga class Tuesday at 6:30. All classes are free if you are a member.
